Butterfly Pre-School

Staff:
We are enormously proud of Butterfly’s dedicated, talented and energetic staff. All of our teachers have a background in early childhood education and extensive experience working with young children. Each staff member brings their unique and varied talents to our team and together they make Butterfly the joyful and creative environment that it is.
Director, Jennifer Lewis
Originally from the east coast, Jennifer founded Butterfly Preschool in 1999 shortly after moving to Boise. Her vision was to create a preschool that offers children a nurturing learning environment that is warm and cozy but also stimulating and full of educational opportunities.
As the mother of three of her own children, Natalie, Jacob and Gabriel, Jennifer understands the importance of providing children with a loving environment that fosters learning and exploration while developing confidence. Jennifer graduated from Vassar College with a B.A. in Sociology and received her M.A. in Child Development and Early Childhood Education from Wheelock College in Boston.
